Little Do You Know

poem on little do you know

Little do you know how hard it is,
to open up to someone.

To state your fears just the way they are.
& being accepted as someone.

There will be long pauses,
and judgmental looks.
your innocence is seen as an act,
& your kindness too being mistook.

Soon you are laughed at all the fears you hold,
all this changes you to sad and cold.

You decide not to let anyone,

see your broken side,
In the end 'I will keep a happy facade',

is what you decide.

Sometimes it takes courage to talk about your insecurities and fears with someone. Some people listen to you with a kind heart, but at times there are people who laugh at the views you hold or your fears. This makes you decide that you should keep things to yourself. I do not recommend bottling up emotions, but one can try writing them down and letting those emotions out.

If someone shares their worries with you, then be patient and understanding with them. At times people don't want someone to advice them but only to listen them. So be sincere and kind towards others.

Silence Silence Every heart bears a scar, that bleeds in silence. Their mind is like in a constant war, With all this violence.
